Shipping Policy

Birthday Cottage creates handmade and personalized party goods from Roland, Arkansas. We currently ship within the United States only.

All Birthday Cottage items are made to order. Please review the estimated production timeline listed on the relevant product page before ordering. Production time is the time needed to create and prepare your order; it does not include carrier transit time.

Available shipping methods and charges are shown during checkout. When tracking is available for your shipment, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

If you need an item for a particular celebration, please order early and allow adequate time for both production and transit. We cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing an order. Contact us promptly at hello@thebirthdaycottage.com if an address correction is needed. Once an order has been placed, changes may not be possible.

If a package appears delayed, lost, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. Then contact the carrier. If they are not responsive, contact us with your order number and we will help review the available shipment information.

Birthday Cottage is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by a carrier after shipment, or for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
