All Birthday Cottage sales are final.

Because each Birthday Cottage item is handmade and many items are personalized or made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds.

All products sold by Birthday Cottage are final sale, including personalized, custom, made-to-order, and non-personalized items.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Please review all spelling, initials, capitalization, dates, and personalization details carefully before submitting your order. Birthday Cottage creates personalized items using the information provided by the customer at checkout.

Birthday Cottage is not responsible for errors in spelling, initials, capitalization, dates, or other information entered by the customer. Once an order is placed, personalization details cannot be changed.

If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@thebirthdaycottage.com. Include your order number and clear photographs, if applicable. Contacting us does not create an obligation to accept a return, issue a replacement, provide store credit, or issue a refund.

Please do not send merchandise to Birthday Cottage. We do not accept returns and do not publish a physical return address.
