Why First Birthday Traditions Matter

A first birthday is one of those celebrations that feels important even before a child understands what a birthday is.

For parents, it marks an entire year of firsts: first smiles, first steps, first holidays, first favorite foods, and countless ordinary moments that somehow became unforgettable. That is why the details chosen for a first birthday often become more than decorations. They become part of the story a family keeps.
