The Classic Cake Topper is a handmade white linen number topper, finished with a fine hand-embroidered edge in the color you choose. It is the simplest topper we make and the one that suits any cake, from a first birthday smash cake to a fifth birthday layer cake.

Size

The number measures approximately 4" tall x 2" wide, excluding the dowel. It slides freely on the dowel so you can set the height, and lifts off completely for cleaning and storing.

Common Questions

• Which numbers can I get? Numbers 0 through 5. For a double-digit age, add one topper for each digit — a 1 and a 0 for a tenth birthday — and they arrive stitched to match.
• Is it reusable? Yes. The number lifts off the dowel, so it stores flat in a keepsake box and comes back out for the next birthday.
• Will it hold up on a frosted cake? Yes. The linen is fully lined and the number sits above the frosting on its dowel. Spot clean the edge if any frosting reaches it.
